It’s back-to-school time! Two of our MCNers are away this week, dropping their children off at college for the first time. Many of us, however, still think of those full-grown college freshmen as youngsters in the MCN Austin office! How time flies. Best of luck to Ben and Nathaniel! Whether packing a PB&J in a Minion backpack, figuring out the bus schedule, or trying to find a place that sells those odd extra-long twin bed sheets, parents across the country are helping their students settle into the new autumn rhythms. - Claire, Writer and Editor, recommends a study that concludes that race and ethnicity affect children’s access to mental health care [3].
