Benefits Available for Undocumented Workers: Undocumented worker was awarded medical, surgical, and hospital benefits and temporary compensation from the date of his injury through the date he was found to be medically stationary. Gamez v. Indus. Comm'n of Arizona, 141 P.3d 794, 795 (Ariz. Ct. App. 2006). He was denied further benefits because they were deemed medically unnecessary. Id., 141 P.3d at 796.
