Coverage for Farm Workers: Required (with limitations)

Limitations: An employer may ask for an exclusion if he/she also derives revenue from arts/entertainment and primary revenue is derived from that occupation and agriculture.

Coverage for Undocumented Workers: No

Case Law: The definition of "employee" includes only (1) aliens authorized to work by the U.S. Dept. of Justice, Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services, and (2) aliens whom the employer reasonably believes, at the date of hire and the date of injury based upon documentation in the employer's possession, to be authorized to work by the U.S. Dept. of Justice, Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services. Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 27-14-102(a)(vii) (2009).

Benefits Available for Undocumented Workers: No benefits are provided to undocumented workers.
