For the last two years, we have asked clinicians around the country if they had seen any changes in their migrant and immigrant patients’ perspectives on health access. Your responses have helped us better serve and connect health centers serving immigrants and other underserved populations. It gave clinicians a chance to voice the many stories they are hearing from their patients, and the results demonstrated that changes in perception were widespread. The poll results were cited in the New York Times, used by researchers, and informed new resources for clinicians.

What has changed in the last year? Please fill out our short poll -- and then share it!  To assure that a wide breadth of clinicians can provide their experiences, please forward this email to five colleagues. The poll is available in English [3] and Spanish [4], and is open to clinicians within the health center like doctors, nurses, and medical assistants, and those working in the community, including outreach workers, promotores de salud, and health justice advocates.
