You must be at least 18 years old to be permitted to use any password protection portion of MCN’s web site. MCN does not knowingly collect, use or disclose information about site visitors under 18 years of age.

Public Area Usage: The server for the MCN web site maintains a log file covering all visits to the site, including the IP address of each visitor’s computer.  However, MCN does not collect any personal information from users visiting the public area of the web site anonymously. Only aggregate data, such as the number of URL hits/visits per page, are collected and maintained for internal use only.

Depending on the type of product or service, MCN may collect your name, company name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, demographic information, and credit card information. By providing your contact information, you are voluntarily giving MCN permission to use your name, address, and e-mail for the purposes of future MCN communications.

If a member or other visitor logs into a password-protected area of the MCN web site, the user's name and, if applicable, member ID number are recorded. In the course of purchasing an MCN product or service, the individual may be asked to provide personal information in order to finalize the purchase. In addition, members may be asked to update their member contact information.

As a member of MCN, you will automatically be listed in the on-line directories unless you choose to opt-out through the Members Only area. To opt-out, select the “Update Profile” link and then select “Edit Communications Preferences” and uncheck the box that says “Include my contact information in the online Membership Directory”.

Member Forums:
The forum messages and postings in the Members Only area are available to MCN members. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes available to all members; therefore, you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
