As of June 2008, I work for the Consolidated Program of the Agrological Laboratory of the Puerto Rico Dpt of Agriculture. The Consolidated Program entails: Pesticide Worker Safety; Water Quality Protection; Endangered Species Program; Container and Containment Regulations.

49 years employed with non-profit community action agencies; human resources training; grantwriter; OSHA training; certified Substance Abuse trainer for TxDOT;

I am the Program Director for the WIA 167 National Migrant & Seasonal Farm Workers' Jobs Program at New England Farm Workers' Council. We have training funds available for Migrant & Seasonal Farm Workers, we also provide job placement services, English as a Second Language and GED classes.
