This week, we released the third installation in our video series describing the ins and outs of Health Network, MCN’s case management program for mobile patients. This short video, What Patients Need to Know: Communicating with Health Network, in English with Spanish subtitles, lets clinicians know more about how patients can interact with Health Network and what they can expect while enrolled in Health Network. It builds on the information provided in the first two videos, What is Health Network? and How to Set Up Health Network in Your Clinic.
This video series -- in English with Spanish subtitles -- is perfect for sharing with clinicians at your clinic who have yet to use Health Network. It’s also a great refresher for those of us who have encountered Health Network before, but haven’t used it in a while.
Please share our video with your colleagues and networks, through email, newsletters, and social media. And, please enroll your mobile patients in Health Network. Together, we can ensure that mobile patients get the care they need.
P.S. Recognize that voice? It’s our in-house voice-over talent, Del Garcia, Director of International Projects, Research, and Development -- recorded in the closet of Jillian Hopewell, our Director of Education and Professional Development. A big thank you to MCN’s Matthew Pope and Tiffy Daud for their hard work on this piece!
Health Network is one of many resources that Migrant Clinicians Network provides free of charge. Support our work with a contribution.
