In the Field: MCN’s Annual Strategic Meeting & Retreat

Last weekend, staff from all four satellite offices descended upon Migrant Clinicians Network headquarters in Austin for our annual retreat. We finally embraced with coworkers who we rarely get to see outside of Adobe Connect or Google Hangouts -- and then we dove right down into critical strategic work. Our full Board of Directors was in attendance, providing facetime between staff members of all levels and the Board, a rare occurrence for most nonprofits but a welcome and strategically beneficial collaboration. We came out of our multi-day meetings invigorated, bolstered, and inspired -- raring to go for 2017 and beyond.
