Health professionals are challenged to team up with developers to co-design an application to help address our Nation’s top health priorities. The best applications will make data from the Leading Health Indicators customizable and easy to use.

The challenge is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.
