Hello Humanity, a start-up student organization based at Emory University will be hosting the Fifth Annual Global Health and Humanitarian Summit (GHHS) in Atlanta, Georgia. This year's summit will take place on Saturday, April 12th in the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Administration Building (WHSCAB) at Emory University. The entire event is free and open to all.
For those of you who are not familiar with GHHS, Hello Humanity is a group of student volunteers that host an annual event to bring the local and global humanitarian communities together for an educational and inspiring forum, fostering sustainable, world-changing humanitarian actions. The Summit strives to improve the delivery of humanitarian services, to raise awareness of organizations committed to creating a better world, and to inspire the next generation of activists and volunteers by networking and resources sharing.
This year we plan to focus on exhibitions and discussions instead of speakers in order to encourage more interactive conversations and networking experiences among humanitarians. Unfortunately, our new 2014 website is still under construction and you will be informed as soon as it becomes available.
