Northwest Regional Primary Care Association Webinar - Ag Worker Access 2020 Campaign: Methods CHC Engagement
In May 2015, the National Association of Community Health Centers in collaboration with the National Center for Farmworker Health, and Farmworker Health Network, launched the Ag Worker Access 2020 Campaign. The campaign challenges migrant health centers nationwide to increase the number of new farmworker patients by 15% each for the next five years, reaching two million patients by 2020. Migrant health centers are the key player in making this campaign achievable. Join us to learn more about the campaign details, how your health center can become involved, and resources to support efforts. Participants will: 1) Gain a comprehensive background and overview on the campaign, 2) Learn how to properly identify and accurately document for, 3) Obtain outreach tactics and strategies targeting migrant seasonal agricultural workers.
