Winters Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in beautiful Northern California and dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate health care to each person, regardless of his or her ability to pay.
We are not a production based facility; we are a small, nimble non-profit organization providing primary care via a team-based model that includes integrated behavioral health and dental services. We serve over 3,000 patients through direct primary medical, dental and perinatal services. We are committed to serving the all those in the community with the best possible care whether they have private insurance, public insurance or no insurance.
We value relationships between providers, team-based staff and patients to achieve better health. We value change and innovation and although are a small organization we are technologically savvy and operate integrated electronic medical records, e-prescriptions, e-laboratory ordering and results and we provide meaningful data to providers, care staff and patients on a regular basis.
We are committed to improving the work-life balance of each staff member through defined hours (no more 12 hour days and no weekends!). We want to know what is important to you and we want to make sure that there is a good fit for you and Winters Healthcare.

I am not a health care provider, but I work for the MO Primary Care Assn and provide T/TA for Missouri's 27 Federally Qualified Health Centers, including training on outreach, cultural competency and health literacy. We have only one Migrant Health Center, but have many Centers that provide care for migrant workers and their families working in Missouri's cotton fields and orchards. I have a Master of Public Administration degree (emphasis on health care policy)and almost 30 years working in various positions in the health care field. Thank you...
