Northwest Regional Primary Care Association (NWRPCA), we a non-profit membership association that works to ensure equal access to primary health care for all residents living in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. We support and strengthen community-based health centers as they deliver primary health care to urban, rural and frontier communities throughout the Northwest.

The NWRPCA Clinician Recruitment Program is currently recruiting for clinician positions at our member Community Health Centers for: Physicians (Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and OB), Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Medical and Dental Directors. We have over 70* open positions in both rural and urban communities, most positions offer paid malpractice insurance, loan repayment options and reasonable work schedules.

We’re hiring dedicated clinicians to work in Community Health Centers throughout communities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

Blaire Siefken is a community health nurse in Baltimore, MD. She currently works at a small wellness center that serves inner city elders and as a health educator, teaching cardiovascular health classes with the Latino community. Before pursuing a career in nursing, she coordinated a Promotores de Salud program with migrant farmworkers in Maine. In her spare time, she is a family nurse practitioner student at Johns Hopkins University.

Israel Garcia, LMSW is NCCHCA’s new Migrant Health Coordinator for the Mid-Atlantic States, providing regional training and technical assistance for Migrant and Community Health Centers. Israel has a Masters of Science in Social Work with concentration in social policy from Columbia University. Before joining the NCCHCA, Israel worked as a planning analyst for the New York City Government. Simultanesuly he also run the Mexican Educational Foundation of New York, Inc., an organization that promotes higher education among first generation HS student immigrants. In addition to his planning and policy analysis experience, Israel also has extensive experience in family and individual therapy. Israel has a unique first hand experience related to the multiple challenges faced by the Latino immigrant community as he is an immigrant from Mexico himself.
