Corporate Angel Network (CAN)
CAN funds free air transportation on corporate jets for cancer patients who need medical treatment. Patients must be ambulatory. Call 2 to 3 weeks in advance, with appointment location and time. M-F 8:30-5pm eastern time.
Alamo Breast Cancer Foundation
ABCF is a nonprofit organization whose purposes are to provide support and information by trained peer volunteers via the Breast Cancer Helpline, to help educate the public on the importance of early detection and breast self-exam, and to participate in community outreach programs.
The Cost Containment Research Institute
Free and Low Cost Prescription Drugs, a 48-page booklet, includes over one hundred free medication programs and over 1,100 drug listings. It also gives proven tips, tools and tactics on how and where to get free and low cost prescription drugs. Cost: $4.00.
American Melanoma Foundation
Free or reduced cost screening tests are available for the early detection of skin cancer. Screenings throughout the county, please call for schedule.

This organization was established by volunteers dedicated to patients who cannot afford their prescription medication.
Michelle's Place
Michelle’s Place, the Women’s Breast Cancer Resource Center offers free services to women and their families dealing with breast cancer. Services include free wigs, prosthesis, resource information, self-help groups and free seminars on methods of healing, nutrition and coping. Michelle’s Place also offers free and low cost mammograms and ultrasounds to women under 40 years old. Serving the Temecula Valley and Murietta areas.
Neighborhood Healthcare
Provider of free or reduced cost screening tests for the early detection of cancer. Provider offers general medical services, including low cost cancer screening. Provider can assist women under the age of 40 with breast and cervical cancer detection and follow up interventions, as indicated by history and test results. Call for an appointment.
Yale University
Women participating in the Yale Early Detection Program for Ovarian Cancer must have (1) a first degree relative(s) who has experienced ovarian cancer such as a mother or sister; and (2) be over age 30. Call or download the Yale Early Detection Program for Ovarian Cancer Form.
