FHN Key Resources for Migrant Health
The Farmworker Health Network (FHN) is comprised of six National Cooperative Agreements in migrant health funded through the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide training and technical assistance to current and potential Migrant Health Center Programs. The FHN is committed to supporting the development of leadership within Community and Migrant Health Centers and increasing access to care for the farmworker population.

The Get Ready Video launch is part of a nationwide effort to encourage Americans to participate in Get Ready Day, an annual observance that takes place on the third Tuesday of September and coincides with National Preparedness Month.
Clinical Services Consultation
MCN's expert clinical team can provide both on-site and distance consultation services. The experienced team provides a number of critical services including consultation on clinic systems, protocols and procedures as well as program development and evaluation; patient tracking and bridge case management; environmental and occupational medicine, pesticide awareness, and worker’s compensation issues for health centers; immigration and how it effects health centers.
