Five on Friday human rights week

 

“Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services.” -- Article 25, UN Declaration of Human Rights

This week is Human Rights Week, which commemorates the UN Declaration of Human Rights, which turned 70 years old on Monday. Almost three quarters of a century after its signing, its words still ring as true and urgent as ever. MCN’s work seeks to actualize the Declaration of Human Rights for marginalized mobile populations today. Thank you for supporting health justice and our work!
