Those working in migrant health have long understood and recognized the tremendous value of promotores or Community Health Workers. The Lance Armstrong Foundation is now harnessing the strength of the promotras model to improve the quality of life of Hispanic/Latino cancer survivors. This webcast will discuss tools and strategies that promotoras and cancer survivors together have used to keep track of physical, day-to-day and emotional concerns of cancer survivorship.
