In this one-day, intensive training program held at NCFH (National Center for Farmworker Health) headquarters, attendees will learn the 15 main tenants of the National Standards for Culturally and Liguistically Appropriate Health Care Services (CLAS) national policy and gain strategies for implementation in regards to service delivery. This training would be helpful as an overview to CLAS standards for all those working in health centers, but it's implementation strategies specfically focus on incorporating CLAS throughout organizational systems. Team supervisors, managers, and other leadership members will benefit from the implementation strategy information offered.
