Farmworkers harvesting blueberries

Migrant Clinicians Network’s webinars last week, offered in English and Spanish, presented a wealth of information: What is COVID-19 and how does it spread? How do clinicians support farmworkers and rural communities? What is most concerning? What resources are available for clinicians who serve those communities? The webinars were simultaneously presented on Zoom and on Facebook Live, and are now archived on our Archived Webinar page (in English and Spanish) and accessible on our Facebook page (English and Spanish).

Participants asked many questions in the chat boxes, and to answer some of them, we released Farmworkers and COVID-19: FAQ, answering them with the data, resources, and research that is currently available.  The FAQ is now available in Spanish.

We will continue to report on resources and updated information on COVID-19 on our site. Please be sure to follow us on social media (Facebook and Twitter) and to subscribe to our blog to keep track of the updates on this fast-moving pandemic.
