Webinar: Preparing a New Generation of PBRN Leaders: Strategies and Experiences in Training and Mentoring
Please join us for the following upcoming webinar, sponsored by the AHRQ PBRN Resource Center.
Drs. Werner and Tobin will discuss approaches to mentoring, training, and developing PBRN investigators among full-time PBRN clinicians, practicing clinicians and academics. Strategies for engaging network clinicians in research training, developing research capacity in PBRNs, and enriching PBRN members’ participation in research and quality improvement activities will also be discussed. Webinar attendees will learn about the strengths and weaknesses of PBRN training programs and mentoring experiences from the perspectives of mentees. Webinar attendees will also learn about professional development opportunities in research for clinicians practicing in health centers and other safety-net practices.
