Robert
Dr. Moore is a graduate of the University of California at San Francisco’s School of Medicine. He has a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University in New York City. Dr. Moore completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California in 1995. His clinical interests include: Pediatrics (including immunizations, childhood obesity and oral health), Women’s Health, Diabetes, and Public Health (including Tuberculosis). His administrative interests center on quality improvement, education of students in the health professions, and use of information technology in health care. Dr. Moore served as Medical Director of Clinic Ole for 14 years. He is now Chief Medical Officer at Partnership HealthPlan but continues to see patients at the Clinic on a limited basis.

I graduated from Santa Clara University in Biology, University of California, San Francisco in Medicine. My residency training was in Redding, California, in Family Medicine. I have practiced in multiple Community Health Centers as well as Solo Practice, and currently work at Clinica Sierra Vista, an FQHC in Bakersfield California. I am also certified as an HIV Specialist, and provide the medical care for CSV's HIV and Infectious Disease Clinic, along with duties as Associate Medical Director.
Jennifer
Jennifer Sanne joined the Migrant Clinicians Network in September of 2011. She is currently working collaboratively with Jillian Hopewell, Director of Education and Professional Development in the design and development of MCN website content and effective implementation of instructional materials.
Jennifer was born and raised in California and earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Design with a minor in Instructional Design from the California State University, Chico. As an undergraduate, Jennifer served as the vice president of the Instructional Design and Technology Society and took an interest in environmental sustainability when she became the social media intern for the Recycling Program on campus. In her free time she likes to play tennis and explore thrift stores.

Winters Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in beautiful Northern California and dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate health care to each person, regardless of his or her ability to pay.
We are not a production based facility; we are a small, nimble non-profit organization providing primary care via a team-based model that includes integrated behavioral health and dental services. We serve over 3,000 patients through direct primary medical, dental and perinatal services. Clinical Nurse Specialist and Public Health Nurse with diverse pediatric experience in home, clinic, hospital and school settings. Special focus on underserved children with disabilities, chronic illness, and socioeconomic hardship. Extensive experience case management children with behavioral concerns. Served as VGAL with CASA in Washington state working as an advocate for children within the foster care system.

Erin Sinclair is originally from Modesto, CA and moved to Chico in the summer of 2009 to begin courses for her Masters. She recently graduated with her Masters in Applied Psychology and will begin the School Psychology credential program at UCLA in the Fall of 2011. Within the Migrant Clinician Network she assists Jillian Hopewell, the Director of Education and Professional Development.
Ms. Sinclair has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies from California State University Stanislaus. She resides in Chico with her two dogs.
