American Cancer Society
Offers transportation for ambulatory patients to and from medical appointments. Wheelchairs cannot be transported. Patients must have their doctors permission to use program. Call 7 to 10 days in advance to reserve transportation.
Angel Flight
Offers free air transportation to medical treatment if patient is unable to find own transportation. Patient must be medically stable.

Corporate Angel Network (CAN)
CAN funds free air transportation on corporate jets for cancer patients who need medical treatment. Patients must be ambulatory. Call 2 to 3 weeks in advance, with appointment location and time. M-F 8:30-5pm eastern time.
Alamo Breast Cancer Foundation
ABCF is a nonprofit organization whose purposes are to provide support and information by trained peer volunteers via the Breast Cancer Helpline, to help educate the public on the importance of early detection and breast self-exam, and to participate in community outreach programs.
American Melanoma Foundation
